About the Role
The role supervises daily activities of the business design management plan, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal and contractual requirements. It also oversees the effectiveness of the plan across project portfolios and supports the regional strategy. • Deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget. • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. • Present design review data and key performance indicators to project and sub‑function leadership. • Provide operational delivery of team and regional strategy. • Support business development and work‑winning activities. • Ensure adherence to the management system and completeness of project roles and responsibilities. • Manage a small team, coordinating work activities and providing performance coaching and development. • Collate, analyze and present data and key metrics for management reviews. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing associated emissions and reductions.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture and have experience on projects of a similar nature.
