What You Bring

DP World is seeking a Business Analyst with substantial experience in supporting large‑scale integration and transformation programs. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to drive integration initiatives across complex, multi‑stream environments. The analyst will lead business analysis, conduct fit/gap assessments, define migration scope, and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for build, testing, migration, and cut‑over activities. Candidates should have at least seven years of enterprise‑level change experience, deep knowledge of platforms such as ERP, HRIS, Payroll, WMS and TMS, and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Possess 7+ years of experience delivering business and technology change in enterprise environments. • Demonstrate expertise across ERP, HRIS, Payroll, T&A, WMS, and TMS platforms. • Exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills to align diverse teams and vendors. • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or ports environments is highly desirable.
