About the Role
The Houseperson role involves providing guest service information, transporting clean and dirty linens, ensuring room items are clean and functional, reporting maintenance issues, replenishing linens and amenities, and assisting co‑workers as needed. The position requires working in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment while remaining flexible to spontaneous guest and business demands. • Provide guests with information on resort services, activities, and local attractions. • Transport clean and dirty linens between operations and guest rooms. • Ensure delivered items are clean and in working order. • Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain resort standards. • Replenish linens and guest amenities. • Assist co‑workers as requested. • Communicate effectively with guests in English.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must communicate effectively in English, be flexible to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends, and be physically capable of ladder work, moving furniture, operating cleaning equipment, and tolerating cleaning chemicals and environmental factors such as humidity, dust, and noise.
