About the Role

Key responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and mentoring labor crews; supervising day‑to‑day operations and scheduling; coordinating scaffold erection, dismantling, inventory, and logistics; and ensuring all safety documentation and regulatory compliance are completed. The manager also supports the foreman training program and performs additional duties as directed by the Profit Center Manager. • Lead the entire E/D department and multiple crews in scaffold construction and dismantling • Manage hiring, coaching, and mentoring of labor crews • Schedule labor crews for current and future projects • Supervise erection, dismantling, and inventory of various scaffolding systems across sites • Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries for scaffold assemblies • Complete required documentation such as sign‑offs, work authorizations, JSAs, safety plans, and tickets • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards • Deliver scaffold safety orientation and oversee foreman training program • Estimating training

What You Bring

The E/D Construction Manager role leads the entire erect‑and‑dismantle (E/D) department, overseeing multiple crews that build and take down a variety of access solutions. This position requires strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, OSHA regulations, and competent‑person training, as well as the ability to manage paperwork, bidding, and crew scheduling across several job sites. The ideal candidate holds a college degree or trade certification and brings at least seven years of scaffold or related construction experience, or eight years in a comparable field. Physical demands involve frequent bending, squatting, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working both indoors and outdoors.
