About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will provide routine administrative support to one or more managers or functions, preparing routine correspondence and collecting information for routine and non‑routine inquiries or reports, all in support of JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. • Provide routine administrative support to managers, including calendar management, meeting and event planning, travel arrangements, expense reports, printing, and filing. • Process and distribute incoming mail while maintaining records and filing systems. • Oversee calendars and assist with scheduling appointments and meeting logistics, including travel arrangements and expense reports. • Handle incoming communications (mail, email, phone, fax) promptly and respond to routine requests without supervisor involvement. • Offer switchboard relief and additional administrative support to other functions as needed. • Assess priorities and adjust time and resource allocation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Share subject‑matter expertise to support teamwork and deliver results. • Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of team goals. • Exercise discretion and integrity with highly confidential and sensitive information. • Perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. • Conduct effective presentations. • Deliver quality through attention to detail (intermediate level). • Learn and use various software, tools, and systems to meet business needs (intermediate level). • Solve complex problems quickly and effectively (intermediate level). • Build relationships and collaborate within internal and external teams.

The position requires accurate, timely work, strong verbal and written communication, effective presentation skills, solid organization, attention to detail, intermediate proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to learn new software and solve complex problems. Knowledge of the company’s structure, administrative and accounting procedures, and relationship‑building skills are also expected. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED (required) and preferably an Associate’s degree in office administration or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. At least two years of administrative support experience are required. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and composure under pressure. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exhibit solid organizational skills. • Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level). • Understand organizational structure and available resources. • Know administrative, office, and general accounting procedures and standards (intermediate level). • High School Diploma or GED required. • Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred. • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. • Minimum of 2+ years administrative support experience required.
