About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our federal team in Huntsville, AL. The role supports Project Managers, Operations Teams, Engineers, and field teams to deliver project documentation, briefs, and data for assigned projects, primarily for the Electronic Security team servicing Air Force bases and other federal facilities. • Coordinate data collection and alignment among technicians, managers, logisticians, and engineers. • Assist in developing and implementing project plans. • Track project progress and flag potential roadblocks. • Use commercial databases and automation tools to streamline data management and reporting. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and data deliverables. • Extract, analyze, and manipulate logistics database information for ESS maintenance activities. • Build project briefs and data deliverables from database information. • Maintain and audit databases for tickets, system design, and assets, ensuring accuracy. • Facilitate communication and information flow among project stakeholders. • Manage vehicle leases, technician leave, and related employee coordination. • Support business activities such as RFIs, RFPs, submittals, subcontract processing, cost tracking, and invoicing. • Manage contract changes, service orders, and procurement of materials using electronic tools. • Enter project dates, schedules, and costs into tracking systems and ensure cost scheduling.

What You Bring

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with commercial databases and business automation tools. • Strong data analysis, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities. • Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication. • Preferred: experience with logistics databases and electronic security systems. • Preferred: background in construction or building maintenance project support. • Preferred: experience working with U.S. Air Force or other federal agencies. • Preferred: knowledge of document and data automation, work order management, and construction documentation (RFIs, RFPs, submittals). • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

The position is first‑day shift, Monday‑Friday, with a pay range of $28.85‑$36.00 per hour ($60‑$75K annually) based on experience. Benefits begin on the first day, and total time off includes three weeks vacation, five sick days, three floating holidays, and ten standard holidays.
