About the Role
The Land Surveyor will report to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager, joining a design and construction supervision team on major roadway projects, including new highways, interchanges, and upgrades of existing roads. The role focuses on precise surveying for bridge and underpass projects across Dubai, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with RTA standards. • Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information • Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities • Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to land boundaries or elevations • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies

What You Bring
• Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field • Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor • Minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on infrastructure projects • Proven experience in bridge and underpass surveying • Middle East or UAE / Dubai experience preferred • RTA Pre-Approved
