About the Role
You will define the U.S. Services marketing vision and multi‑year strategy—including segmentation, brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue impact—while managing the marketing investment portfolio, budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI governance. Partnering with Business and Commercial teams, you will craft differentiated value propositions, provide market intelligence, align cross‑functional execution, and advance thought leadership that articulates the value of modernization, digitization, and predictive maintenance. • Define and execute the U.S. Services marketing vision and multi‑year strategy (segmentation, brand, demand generation). • Manage marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI governance to maximize pipeline contribution. • Develop differentiated value propositions that address customer pain points and growth priorities. • Provide market intelligence, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking for GTM planning. • Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with Global Marketing, Sales, Offer Management, and business leadership. • Create thought‑leadership content and storytelling around modernization, digitization, and predictive maintenance. • Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure pipeline, cross‑sell, upsell, and renewal performance. • Lead product and service launch strategies, ensuring clear positioning and commercialization pathways. • Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, ABM, paid media, and continuous performance optimization. • Oversee performance‑marketing programs, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve conversion rates. • Optimize marketing operations, tools, and processes for precise targeting, personalization, and efficiency. • Produce sales enablement content such as value‑based collateral and customer success stories.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 8–10 years of B2B segment marketing, communications, or strategy experience and be recognized as a thought leader internally and externally. Required skills include creative, growth‑hacker thinking, strong analytical abilities, proficiency with data‑analysis tools, project‑management expertise, and excellent communication, presentation, and budget‑management capabilities.

Benefits
The position offers a compensation range of $168,800 to $253,200 annually, encompassing base pay and short‑term incentive.
