About the Role

What You Bring
The Director, Projects (P3 level) will lead complex, high‑value commercial real estate initiatives, overseeing multiple projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $100M+. This senior leadership position requires strategic thinking, strong client management, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams while aligning outcomes with JLL's service standards and client objectives. Required qualifications consist of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred), 20‑25 years of commercial real estate project experience, at least five years in senior leadership, and strong expertise in project management methodologies and software. Preferred credentials include PMP, CCM, or equivalent certifications, as well as experience with international projects, workplace strategy, sustainability, and technology integration. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or related field (master’s preferred). • Bring 20‑25 years of progressive commercial real estate experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership. • Demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies, construction processes, and real estate operations. • Prefer PMP or equivalent certification; proficiency in project management software and financial modeling.
