About the Role

The position sits within Mace’s cost consultancy business, which operates across five global hubs and serves leading organisations in both public and private sectors. The associate director will have an MEP background and will deliver full‑cycle cost management services for large, complex commissions, ensuring end‑to‑end service delivery. • Ensure health and safety compliance. • Lead estimating and cost planning activities. • Manage procurement and contract preparation. • Deliver cost management services to meet KPIs. • Promote ethical operations and sustainability. • Mentor and develop teams. • Provide proven leadership and commercial expertise across sectors.
