About the Role

• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, GCs, and CMs in the assigned territory. • Conduct targeted outreach via phone and email to introduce Dodge and secure data sharing. • Research, collect, and verify commercial construction project information using digital tools. • Enter and update project data accurately and promptly in the Dodge platform. • Identify and capture information on active projects to maximize coverage. • Complete documentation to support data collection and verification. • Own data quality and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and on‑schedule delivery. • Manage territory efficiently and provide coverage for open or backlogged regions. • Respond to customer inquiries via Teams or email and resolve issues directly. • Apply active listening and effective questioning to diagnose customer needs.

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Planning Data Specialist III (Central) to oversee an assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, general contractors, and construction managers while conducting research to secure project data. This full‑time role reports directly to the Manager of the Planning Team. The position is remote and open to candidates located in the Central Region, which includes AL, AR, FL, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, OH, TN, TX, and WI, with a preference for applicants in the Columbus, OH area. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. Travel is minimal, with an expected 5% travel requirement for the role. A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent customer‑care experience, strong online research skills, and exceptional attention to detail. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship. A background check will be conducted after a conditional offer, consistent with applicable laws. • Leverage 3+ years of construction industry experience or equivalent customer‑care background. • Conduct outbound calls with strong communication skills. • Perform online research with exceptional attention to detail. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with excellent reading comprehension. • Work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
