About the Role

The Senior Project Manager role leads project management commissions with end‑to‑end responsibility for service delivery. The position oversees large, complex projects, acts as the primary client interface, and ensures delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. • Provide strategic advice during project conception to meet client objectives. • Define and lead establishment of success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance). • Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environmental requirements throughout lifecycle. • Establish effective governance structures, processes and systems. • Lead project planning activities. • Advise on procurement strategy and resource engagement. • Lead, coordinate and motivate cross‑functional multidisciplinary teams. • Monitor performance and apply performance management techniques. • Manage and control change processes to align with objectives. • Monitor project financial performance. • Facilitate information flow between team and client via meetings and written communications. • Produce timely progress reports and required documentation. • Interface with clients, consultants and stakeholders at all project stages.

What You Bring

• International experience managing complex projects, preferably in hospitality, construction or built environment. • Experience in corporate fit‑out projects (preferred). • PMP certification or equivalent. • Full professional proficiency in English for international communication. • Strong technical skills in project planning, cost control, risk management and multidisciplinary coordination. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, negotiation, communication and conflict management. • Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD and Excel. • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
