About the Role
The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers from first contact through closing, using proactive sales techniques and deep market knowledge to create a seamless purchasing experience. This role combines relationship management, sales generation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Engage visitors, establish relationships, and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales from self‑generated or referred leads with the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach. • Provide consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact through post‑closing activities, maintaining accurate communication records. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes, reporting and resolving maintenance issues promptly. • Travel locally to generate leads through Realtor/Co‑Broker relationships, referrals, and proactive self‑prospecting. • Develop in‑depth knowledge of market competition, product offerings, community details, sales trends, advertising strategies, and customer demographics. • Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company‑designated tracking tools. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real‑estate license preferred. • Minimum 1–3 years experience in new‑home sales, real estate, or related field. • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales with strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools; self‑motivated and results‑driven. • Regular in‑person attendance at job sites and offices; ability to work extended hours in construction environments. • Physical ability to lift/carry equipment over 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and operate a motor vehicle and basic construction equipment.
