About the Role

The position focuses on comprehensive project planning and documentation management. Responsibilities include creating work‑breakdown structures, critical‑path schedules, and resource allocation plans, as well as maintaining drawing registers, specification databases, and compliance tracking systems. • Develop detailed work‑breakdown structures, critical‑path schedules, and milestone tracking using MS Project and Primavera. • Create and manage resource allocation plans across MEP, structural, and interior‑design disciplines. • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation systems, including drawing registers and specification databases. • Prepare technical submissions for regulatory approvals and coordinate drawing revisions with version control. • Facilitate design coordination meetings, record minutes, action items, and produce progress reports for stakeholders. • Support client presentations and design reviews with technical documentation and visual aids. • Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance with building codes, client requirements, and JLL quality standards. • Coordinate QA/QC activities during construction and compile inspection reports, O&M manuals, and warranty records.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager for our Project & Development Services team in Mumbai. The role requires 4+ years of experience and a dual background in civil engineering and interior design, bridging technical execution with project administration across commercial real‑estate developments. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with interior‑design knowledge or an interior‑design degree with strong building‑systems understanding. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, and Excel is required, along with at least four years of project‑management experience in commercial real‑estate or mixed‑use projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with interior‑design knowledge or Interior Design degree with strong building‑systems understanding. • Professional certifications or coursework bridging civil engineering and interior design (preferred). • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software; advanced knowledge of MS Project and Excel. • Minimum four years of project‑management experience in commercial real‑estate, corporate interiors, or mixed‑use developments. • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
