About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator position supports pursuit teams, client relationship management, content marketing, internal communications, and various strategic initiatives to help make great things possible in our communities and around the world. • Support pursuit teams in creating persuasive proposal and interview materials. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status. • File proposal and presentation materials after submission. • Assist in managing client relationship and financial systems to inform reporting dashboards. • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. • Arrange professional photography for projects. • Help develop annual and long‑term strategic plans, including growth initiatives and investment prioritization. • Implement key growth initiatives and investments defined in strategic plans. • Develop and execute client plans with long‑term market‑share strategies. • Solicit formal client feedback. • Administer go/no‑go decisions according to HDR's Matrix of Authority. • Support content‑marketing campaigns to strengthen brand, increase visibility, and showcase thought leaders. • Create and publish engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and thought leadership. • Implement social media campaigns. • Support strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associations. • Produce marketing collateral for business development efforts. • Develop internal communications content such as announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars. • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings, both in‑person and virtual. • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, and recruiting.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
