The company is seeking a self‑motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join its growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group. Candidates should have at least five years of commercial HVAC experience, including maintenance and repair work. They must be able to follow a scope of work, pass a drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Proficiency with gauges, meters, and hand/power tools and an EPA certification are required. • Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience and maintenance/repair background. • Ability to follow work scopes and pass a drug screen. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Understand and use gauges, meters, and measuring tools; EPA certification required.
