About the Role

In leadership and team management, you will lead, mentor and develop the Workplace Experience team, including Enablers, set clear performance criteria, conduct regular staff reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility and customer‑centric service delivery. Service delivery and operations responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day workplace service delivery, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements, enforcing workplace resets, Clean Desk policy and Lost Property processes, and conducting proactive checks and after‑hours inspections to maintain a refreshed, clean environment while measuring performance against KPIs. You will coordinate and manage vendors to ensure contractual obligations and service deliverables are met, spot‑check supplier performance and maintain up‑to‑date information on the client’s Property Services SharePoint. You will also prepare and review risk assessments, lead responses to critical out‑of‑hours issues, report building incidents through established escalation channels and raise risks to the Workplace Experience Site Lead when necessary. Driving a cost‑saving mindset, you will implement continuous‑improvement initiatives, conduct data analysis and prepare reports, and resolve user complaints with timely, effective solutions while collaborating with all related parties and sharing relevant updates with Lines of Business and other stakeholders. • Lead and mentor the Workplace Experience team, setting performance standards and conducting regular reviews. • Ensure daily workplace services meet SOPs and SLAs, including Clean Desk and Lost Property processes. • Conduct proactive inspections, including after‑hours checks, to maintain a clean and refreshed environment. • Manage vendor contracts, monitor performance, and maintain up‑to‑date property services documentation. • Prepare risk assessments, lead emergency responses, and report incidents through established channels. • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Analyze service data and produce reports for stakeholders and Lines of Business. • Resolve user complaints promptly and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver services.

What You Bring

The Assistant Manager – Workplace Experience leads and oversees the delivery of workplace services to ensure a consistently high standard of occupant and guest experience. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices, aligning the Workplace Experience team, vendor partners and other stakeholders for customer delight and operational excellence. Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years’ experience in facility management, hospitality or a related industry, preferably a bachelor’s degree in hotel/hospitality management, facilities management, building, business or a related field. Proven team leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude, self‑motivation, honesty, openness to new ideas and strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities are required. • Minimum five years experience in facilities or hospitality, preferably with a bachelor’s degree. • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; detail‑oriented and proactive.
