About the Role

The Accounts Executive role supports residential apartment management by overseeing financial operations and resident billing, reporting directly to the Property Manager. Based on‑site in Hyderabad, the position works a 48‑hour week and offers the chance to apply accounting expertise within a dynamic property‑management environment. • Process CAM collections and track resident payments • Manage security deposit accounting and refunds • Handle accounts payable for property expenses and vendor invoices • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records • Prepare monthly financial reports for owners or management • Set up new resident accounts and payment systems • Manage resident billing inquiries and resolve payment disputes • Process lease renewals and fee updates • Coordinate with property managers on delinquent accounts • Provide payment options and facilitate payment plans • Maintain accounting software and resident management systems • Process utility billing and reimbursements • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting • Support audit preparation and compliance documentation • Coordinate with maintenance teams for billing of resident‑caused damages • File and organize financial records • Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses • Support year‑end financial reporting and tax documentation • Implement and maintain internal financial controls • Document procedures related to financial transactions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Associate’s degree may be considered) • 2–3 years of property management accounting or related financial experience • Prior residential property management experience preferred • Familiarity with property management software systems • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities
