About the Role

In this transaction‑focused position you will work across acquisition and disposal services, support market analysis and pitch preparation, and help identify new business opportunities to grow the team’s market‑leading position. You will also collaborate with regional I&L teams, conduct site inspections nationwide, and manage negotiations from instruction through to completion. • Deliver acquisition and disposal transactions for key UK clients. • Manage and grow relationships with core client base, providing strategic advice. • Support market analysis, pitch preparation, and creation of marketing materials. • Assist directors in identifying new business opportunities and winning instructions. • Liaise with regional I&L teams to deliver integrated national service. • Conduct site inspections and property viewings to deepen Big Box market knowledge. • Negotiate and manage transactions from instruction to successful completion.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold MRICS qualification and have proven experience in the Industrial & Logistics property sector.
