About the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer at Cushman & Wakefield will play a key role in supporting business development initiatives by creating compelling visual proposals and presentations. This position reports to the BD Marketing team and collaborates closely with marketing coordinators and leadership to ensure brand consistency across all materials. In this fast‑paced, entrepreneurial sales environment, the designer will manage the full creative production cycle, from concept through vendor coordination, while maintaining high quality standards. The role requires balancing multiple projects and delivering bespoke marketing assets for high‑profile investor engagements. • Provide creative support for business development proposals and presentations. • Develop materials that communicate critical messages and key selling propositions. • Oversee creative production and quality control, reporting progress to the BD Marketing team. • Coordinate production, gather printing bids, manage artwork packaging, and prepare vendor instructions. • Design and format bespoke marketing materials for investor pursuits.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of graphic design experience, especially in B2B settings. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator—is essential, along with strong organizational, time‑management, and collaborative skills. • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of graphic design experience. • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. • Experience in B2B business development design and high‑volume environments. • Strong time‑management, organizational and prioritization skills.
