About the Role
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. • Support residents during meals and activities. • Respond promptly to resident calls and needs. • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure residents' comfort and safety. • Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas. • Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed.

What You Bring
• CNA certification or PCA certification (or willingness to obtain). • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must be 18 years or older. • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is a plus. • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
