About the Role
The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all occupants. The role includes overseeing building access, monitoring security systems, and coordinating resident services. • Greet visitors, vendors, residents, and guests, verifying and granting access to units. • Serve as the gatekeeper for residential floors, controlling guest and vendor entry. • Patrol building premises and handle resident package deliveries, flowers, and food orders. • Coordinate and log all deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to residents. • Monitor security cameras and exterior doors to maintain a secure environment. • Collaborate with maintenance and property‑management teams to address resident needs. • Review daily front‑desk procedures and facilitate communication between owners, maintenance, and management. • Keep front‑desk area clean and professional throughout the shift. • Follow all safety, security, and emergency protocols, including fire response. • Answer telephone calls clearly and professionally. • Perform administrative tasks using the property‑management and point‑of‑sale systems. • Maintain confidentiality of resident and guest information. • Prioritize tasks, organize workload, and work with minimal supervision. • Provide clear, legible directions and communications to residents and guests.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and possess strong communication and numerical skills. They must demonstrate attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality. This is a full‑time position that typically requires two years of customer‑service experience, with a preference for hospitality or spa background. Candidates should be comfortable using property‑management and point‑of‑sale systems, and additional language skills such as Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are a plus. • Desirable: some college or hospitality training and prior front‑desk experience.
