About the Role
The HVAC/R Technician role is primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioning units, electric motors, heat pumps, compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, fans, economizers, humidifiers, RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk‑in coolers and freezers, and upright refrigeration units. • Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems such as air conditioners, heat pumps, compressors, boilers, and commercial freezers. • Service RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, and humidifiers. • Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment failures.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least four years of commercial HVAC/R experience, an active EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. They should demonstrate strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and be able to safely lift 50 lb, work on ladders, and operate in elevated locations.
