About the Role
The role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive, business‑area HR strategies that align structure, culture, and talent with corporate goals. You will advise senior leadership on all HR functions, manage employee‑related activities for the business‑area leadership team, and maintain strong connections with broader HR staff. This position serves as a strategic partner and client advocate, ensuring HR initiatives drive value. In partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, you will lead organization design, workforce planning, performance‑management, and total‑rewards strategies. Collaborating with HR Generalists, you will embed employee insights into organizational plans and benchmark best practices. You will design leadership development and coaching programs, identify and develop key talent, and oversee succession‑pipeline planning. Acting as the HR Generalist for the leader’s direct reports, you will support day‑to‑day talent needs. • Design and align HR strategies with business goals in collaboration with senior leaders. • Advise leadership on the full spectrum of HR and related business functions. • Lead organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and total rewards initiatives. • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Generalists to integrate employee insights and best practices. • Create and deliver leadership development, coaching, and succession‑pipeline programs. • Identify, assess, and develop key talent within the business area. • Serve as HR Generalist for the leader’s direct reports, handling day‑to‑day talent needs.

Preferred credentials are SPHR/SHRM‑SCP, an MBA, or a master’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Development. • Possess at least seven years of HR experience, including three years of strategic consulting. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, and employment law. • Preferred certifications: SPHR or SHRM‑SCP; advanced degrees such as MBA or master’s in HR or Organizational Development.

Benefits
The anticipated base salary ranges from $97,600 to $138,600 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and various flexible spending accounts.
