About the Role
As a key member of the Sunrun retail team, you will represent the brand in designated partner retail stores, building relationships and generating enthusiasm for our solar and storage solutions. Your role includes educating potential customers about renewable energy, proactively scheduling appointments, and expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success is measured by your ability to positively influence every individual you encounter. • Represent Sunrun brand in partner retail stores and engage potential customers • Educate shoppers on solar and battery storage benefits and schedule sales appointments • Build and maintain relationships to expand Sunrun’s customer base • Achieve sales targets to earn competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions • Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays • Ensure reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile radius for multi‑store territory • Stand, move, and lift up to 25 lb during daily retail activities

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 on average, with top performers earning $160,000+ annually through competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for new solar appointments.
