About the Role
The bartender will manage food and beverage service, greet patrons, operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and inventory, maintain a clean work area, and address any guest concerns promptly. • Take guest orders and serve food and drinks at the pool bar. • Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests in a friendly manner. • Operate the POS system and follow cash‑handling procedures. • Track and reconcile bar alcohol inventory and cash bank. • Clear and reset tables, and perform closing side‑work for sanitation. • Resolve guest issues according to departmental guidelines. • Maintain awareness of table/seat numbers, room capacity and proper set‑up.

What You Bring
Applicants must have at least one year of culinary experience, hold state-required health, food-handler and alcohol-awareness certifications, be of legal age to serve alcohol, and possess basic math and cash-handling abilities. Preferred attributes include strong customer service, time-management, initiative, emergency response, sound judgment and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Hold a valid state health card, food‑handler card, and alcohol‑awareness certification. • Possess at least one year of experience in the culinary field. • Demonstrate excellent customer service and effective time‑management. • Show initiative, adaptability to change, and appropriate emergency response. • Work independently with sound judgment while collaborating with teammates.
