About the Role
The Asset Management and Maintenance Engineer leads and implements strategic asset management to ensure performance, compliance, safety, and optimisation of whole‑life asset principles. The role provides technical leadership, manages asset data accuracy, champions ISO 55001 processes, leads maintenance strategies, oversees condition assessments, and supports performance reporting while working with a small team to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and cost‑effective asset outcomes during the maintenance concession period. • Develop long‑term asset strategies aligned to lifecycle optimisation • Lead ISO 55001 compliance and quality system planning • Develop and implement strategic and innovative asset management solutions • Establish and report on asset performance • Undertake inspections to determine asset condition data, KPIs and service reporting • Lead revision of Maintenance Management and Works Plans • Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure delivery
