About the Role

The Estimating team delivers a range of outputs—including order‑of‑magnitude and detailed estimates, assurance reviews, data provision and support for major programme set‑up—to aid client decision‑making across the infrastructure sector. • Produce accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans for infrastructure projects on schedule. • Manage and control the estimating process at the project level. • Generate estimates independently without supervision. • Promote and develop best‑practice estimating standards within the firm. • Contribute to departmental objectives and continuous improvement. • Keep up‑to‑date with technical developments to provide best‑practice advice.

What You Bring

The firm is hiring Estimators and Senior Estimators with proven infrastructure experience (rail, airports, highways, power, water or utilities) for offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester. Roles can be embedded within client organisations or delivered ad‑hoc through the Estimating Hub, with the option to work remotely from the UK on global assignments. • High‑level qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience. • Proven experience delivering estimating or QS services on large‑scale projects. • Proficiency with estimating software packages. • Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB, A.CE) or progress towards chartered status. • Desirable membership of RICS, CIOB, or A.CE.
