About the Role

The successful candidate will support Property Managers by handling administrative tasks, coordinating tenant service requests, and assisting with property‑related reporting. Serving as the first point of contact for tenant and customer inquiries, the role helps ensure timely communication and resolution. • Assist Property Managers with administrative tasks and preparation of operational and financial reports. • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant and customer service inquiries, triaging calls and coordinating with service technicians. • Process and monitor property expenditures, ensuring financial controls and generating variance analyses. • Draft and manage property documents such as lease abstracts, vendor agreements, insurance certificates, and emergency contact lists. • Maintain organized filing and tracking systems for all property‑related records. • Support annual budget development and monthly billing activities, including tenant billing adjustments and rent collection. • Coordinate office logistics including meeting scheduling, mail distribution, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.

What You Bring

Ideal applicants will possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, demonstrated experience in property operations, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. They must be detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Require a minimum of eight years’ experience in property operations, including responsibility for multiple projects. • Hold a valid real‑estate license where state regulations demand it. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email, with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
