Key responsibilities include managing global, multi‑channel campaign operations, overseeing end‑to‑end digital and integrated campaign workflows, and owning marketing automation tools to maintain clean data and accurate segmentation. The specialist defines and streamlines processes, partners with content and digital teams, and creates performance dashboards that measure ROI and guide budget decisions. Additional duties involve data governance, enrichment of contact and account information, and continuous optimization of lead management to improve pipeline velocity. • Manage global, multi‑channel campaign operations across digital, ABM, field, and partner programs. • Oversee end‑to‑end execution of digital and integrated campaigns, building scalable workflows for efficiency and lead routing. • Own and optimize marketing automation tools, ensuring clean data, effective segmentation, and accurate tracking. • Define, document, and streamline campaign processes and QA standards to achieve consistent ROI measurement. • Partner with campaign, digital, and content teams to align strategies with pipeline and revenue goals. • Build and maintain performance dashboards that report campaign effectiveness, ROI, and guide budgeting decisions. • Ensure data health, segmentation, and enrichment of contacts, leads, and accounts while collaborating with Sales Ops on CRM hygiene. • Continuously improve lead management and handoff processes to increase pipeline velocity.
