About the Role
The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports weekly processing of accounts payable, employee expense reports, cash receipt entries, monthly travel file reviews, and balance‑sheet reconciliations. The role also prepares and analyzes monthly cost reports. Key duties include assisting with daily cash receipt entries, processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, reviewing expense reports for policy compliance, and setting up new vendor accounts in Coupa. Additional tasks involve handling P‑Card transactions, entering manual timesheets, responding to audit requests, and performing periodic reviews of open payables. • Assist with daily cash receipt entries and resolve unidentified payments. • Process accounts payable, weekly check runs, and employee reimbursements accurately and timely. • Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with Gensler policies. • Set up new vendor accounts and profiles in Coupa Supplier Portal. • Review and approve consultant invoices in Coupa; resolve processing issues. • Enter manual timesheets in Deltek Vision. • Manage P‑Card charges and reconcile transactions each statement cycle. • Respond to audit requests. • Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts. • Reconcile and upload monthly travel and reprographic costs. • Periodically review open payables and outstanding checks. • Prepare monthly departmental cost reports. • Complete miscellaneous projects as requested.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field. They should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, proficient in Excel, and capable of working under pressure while communicating effectively with vendors, consultants, and staff. • Minimum 2+ years related experience with an Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or similar. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accurate. • Ability to work with multiple systems, problem‑solve, and be proactive in a team environment. • Capable of handling pressure, multiple tasks, and deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional interaction with vendors and staff. • Proficient in Excel; experience with Deltek and/or Coupa is a plus.

The base salary is estimated between $70,000 and $75,000, plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
