Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily unit inspections verify inventory and availability, while cash drawer audits and bank deposits are performed. What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking and standing in outdoor environments for up to 50% of the shift, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. The role also involves cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
