About the Role
Reporting to the project manager, the Project Administrator provides essential administrative assistance that enables smooth project execution. • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Serve as communications liaison between project teams and clients • Communicate effectively with all management levels and stakeholders • Make independent, timely decisions • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality • Deliver work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment • Execute special projects and reports as needed • Prepare and format documents; develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets • Summarize correspondence for efficient responses • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments • Take, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes with action items • Assist the Project Manager in expediting action items • Handle phone calls, multiple calendars, travel arrangements, filing, and expense reports • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Prioritize tasks, manage time, troubleshoot, and thrive under tight deadlines • Apply problem‑solving, results‑orientation, and customer focus

Physical demands are consistent with sedentary work. • Possess 4+ years of project administrative experience • Demonstrate expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Exhibit strong organization, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Work independently and collaboratively • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred • Demonstrate business and people acumen and uphold confidentiality
