About the Role
Responsibilities include overseeing client leadership and business development, executing complex valuations of hospitals, medical offices, care homes, and specialized facilities, and ensuring compliance with RICS Red Book and international standards. The director also delivers valuation services for investment and financing transactions, provides ongoing portfolio monitoring, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with research, capital markets, and asset‑management teams. • Manage relationships with healthcare operators, investors, and institutional clients. • Lead business development and identify new market opportunities in the UK and EMEA healthcare sector. • Conduct complex valuations of hospitals, medical office buildings, care homes, and specialized facilities following RICS Red Book standards. • Provide valuation services for investment transactions, debt/equity financing, and portfolio monitoring for institutional clients. • Mentor junior valuation professionals and collaborate with research, capital markets, and asset management teams. • Monitor healthcare real estate trends, regulatory changes, and contribute to thought‑leadership publications. • Provide flexible working arrangements and access to cutting‑edge technology platforms.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field (a master’s is preferred) and possess an MRICS qualification with at least 8‑10 years of commercial real‑estate valuation experience, including 5+ years focused on healthcare properties. Required skills include advanced valuation methodologies, financial modeling, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and Argus, and excellent communication and client‑management capabilities. • Hold MRICS qualification with 8‑10 years of CRE valuation experience, including 5+ years in healthcare properties. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, Argus, and valuation software, with strong analytical and communication skills.
