About the Role
The GMP Passivation/Floor Technician (2nd Shift) works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services, adhering to the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors using both light and heavy commercial buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas, spot‑cleaning and shampooing rugs as directed, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning interior windows, glass, and door trims, and maintaining bathrooms by restocking supplies and cleaning all fixtures. Additional tasks involve monitoring for defects such as clogged urinals or lights out, collecting building trash, replacing liners, removing snow and ice from entrances, and performing periodic high‑dusting, polishing, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs and perform spot‑cleaning or shampooing as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, light fixtures, and conduct high‑dusting and wall washing. • Clean interior windows, glass, door trims, and wash bathroom fixtures while restocking supplies. • Monitor and report plumbing or lighting defects; collect and dispose of trash daily. • Remove snow and ice from building entrances and walkways as needed. • Operate portable backpack vacuums and other cleaning equipment safely.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $17.87 to $21.00 per hour, with the company offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off.
