About the Role
The role offers a broad scope of work, supporting the operation and reliability of cooling systems across the base while collaborating with other trades and subcontractors. You will be responsible for maintaining the reliability of refrigeration, air‑conditioning and HVAC systems throughout the base. What You Bring

If you are passionate about enhancing defence capability and thrive in a high‑performing, inclusive team, we encourage you to apply. • Hold Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. • Possess ARCTick Refrigerant Handling licence (desirable). • Hold QBCC (QLD) or NSW Refrigeration and Air Conditioning licence. • Have post‑trade experience in refrigeration, air‑conditioning and HVAC maintenance. • Demonstrate expertise in fault diagnosis and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems. • Hold a current open driver’s licence. • Obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required). • Exhibit strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
