About the Role

The incumbent will oversee root‑cause failure analysis of equipment, ensuring recommendations are actionable and resolve issues. They will develop and manage comprehensive maintenance strategies that minimize plant downtime while optimizing costs, and lead feasibility studies to justify investments in new equipment or technology. In addition, the leader will manage all technical activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime and drive the implementation of predictive‑maintenance strategies using proven methods. • Oversee root‑cause failure analysis and ensure actionable recommendations. • Develop and manage maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize costs. • Lead feasibility studies to justify investments in new equipment or technology. • Manage all technical plant activities to ensure minimal downtime. • Implement predictive‑maintenance strategies using proven methods.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification and possess at least 12 years of reliability experience in refinery or petrochemical environments. Required skills include fluent written and spoken English, proficiency with SAP, solid understanding of plant process operations, and deep technical knowledge of maintenance execution, planning, reliability, RCA, FMEA, RCM, cost‑benefit analysis, quality, people management, and HSE requirements. The role also demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, sound judgment under pressure, strategic thinking, multicultural collaboration, and expert analytical skills. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 12 years of reliability experience in refinery or petrochemical settings. • Fluent written and spoken English and proficiency with SAP. • Strong knowledge of process operations, maintenance execution, planning, reliability, RCA, FMEA, RCM, cost‑benefit analysis, quality, people management, and HSE requirements. • Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to judge under pressure, resolve problems, and think strategically. • Experience working in multicultural environments with strong analytical abilities.
