About the Role
The coordinator blends leadership, data‑driven performance monitoring, compliance governance, talent development, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to keep the organization aligned with contract requirements and asset‑management goals. By partnering with custodians, program managers, contracts, and material‑management teams, and by supporting tier‑accountability and escalation processes, the coordinator ensures transparent issue resolution and operational agility, leveraging deep expertise in FAR regulations and government‑property outcomes. • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects on schedule. • Champion SAP for work‑breakdown‑structure setup and performance reporting. • Ensure compliance with FAR 52.245‑1 and FAR 45 through proactive risk governance and audit readiness. • Mentor program offices and emerging professionals to foster accountability and continuous learning. • Drive Six Sigma, RCCA, Gemba walks, and Kaizen initiatives for process improvement. • Interpret and execute contract requirements and statements of work to meet performance metrics. • Build partnerships with custodians, program managers, contracts, and material‑management teams. • Support tier‑accountability boards and escalation frameworks for transparent issue resolution. • Influence process changes across stakeholder groups to maintain operational agility. • Apply expertise in government property management across ten defined outcomes.

What You Bring
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience (or a high‑school diploma with equivalent experience), prior government property‑management experience, familiarity with industry concepts, and experience using PIEE. Preferred qualifications include SAP proficiency and working knowledge of property‑system tools such as eQUIP or AssetSmart. • U.S. citizenship required. • Bachelor’s degree with ≥3 years relevant experience (or high‑school diploma with equivalent experience). • Prior government property‑management experience and familiarity with industry concepts. • Experience with PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment). • Proficiency in SAP; knowledge of eQUIP, AssetSmart, or similar property systems.
