About the Role
As a Civil Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of complex multi‑disciplinary projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support junior engineers, and contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient water systems. The role involves leading and contributing to the design and delivery of projects such as site grading, land grading, and road layout, including plans and profiles. It also covers preparation of design reports, fencing layouts, early works packages, and demolition plans for contractors. You will conduct feasibility studies, perform data analysis, and carry out technical assessments while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams ensures project success, and you will drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes. • Lead design and delivery of multi‑disciplinary projects, covering site and land grading, road layout, design reports, fencing layouts, early works packages, and demolition plans. • Conduct feasibility studies, data analysis, and technical assessments. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and solutions.

What You Bring
The successful candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and 3–6 years of experience in road design, land grading, and early works packages. Strong technical civil design skills, familiarity with UAE design standards, ADQCC standards, and submission processes to DMT and relevant authorities are required, along with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative work approach. Desirable traits include being action‑oriented and enthusiastic about tackling complex challenges, possessing strong decision‑making and analytical skills, and feeling comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
