About the Role
The Designer will engage with senior staff and cross‑disciplinary consultants throughout each phase of design, contributing to the overall project vision and supporting team development. • Collaborate with senior designers across programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, and AV engineering consultants. • Facilitate communication among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. • Work with Technical Director to resolve technical and design challenges. • Maintain project manuals and specifications in partnership with the Specifications Writer. • Conduct site visits, manage submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction. • Build and sustain productive client relationships. • Mentor and train junior teammates.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture from an accredited program. • Possess 6–10 years of commercial workplace interior design experience, including construction administration. • Demonstrate expertise in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop, Enscape, Illustrator, InDesign, or SPEXX is a plus. • Understand building systems, codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes. • Exhibit strong 3‑D conceptualization and graphic presentation abilities. • Adapt to multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
