About the Role

Key duties include installing and fitting heating, cooling, and ventilation components, performing precision assembly and basic low‑voltage wiring, and reading engineering specifications and drawings. Employees attach brackets, hinges, and clips, align subassemblies in jigs, and fasten sheet‑metal, bolts, screws, or rivets. The job also involves basic woodworking, pipefitting, and handling tools, ladders, and measuring equipment while assisting material movement. • Install and fit heating, cooling, and ventilation components. • Perform precision assembly and basic low‑voltage wiring. • Read and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and text. • Attach brackets, hinges, clips, and secure subassemblies in jigs. • Fasten sheet‑metal, bolts, screws, rivets, and pipe components. • Conduct basic woodworking tasks such as cutting, nailing, and screwing. • Perform basic pipefitting and joinery, including flashing installation. • Use hand and power tools, ladders, measuring tapes, and hammer drills safely. • Carry construction materials and assist forklift operators. • Participate in profit sharing or an annual incentive bonus plan.

Work is performed at heights up to 30 ft with harnesses and fall protection, and safety gear such as eye protection and safety toe shoes is mandatory. Overtime may be needed in the fast‑paced production environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be familiar with hand and power tools. Reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a self‑starter mindset are essential.
