About the Role

The role is responsible for preparing owner billings in accordance with contractual terms and ensuring job costs are processed according to internal control procedures. It also involves managing relationships with third‑party subcontractors and the project management team to deliver high levels of customer service and prompt payments. The position supports job closeout, accrual preparation, and profit/loss reconciliation. • Review owner contracts to identify billing terms • Analyze and process job‑related costs per internal controls • Coordinate billing with project team, prepare accurate timely billings, reconcile costs, flag unbilled or late costs • Provide subcontractors timely payments in exchange for waivers • Review and compile waiver packages • Facilitate job closeout, prepare closed‑job accruals and reconcile profit/loss • Verify subcontractor insurance compliance • Assess cash‑flow impact on billed projects • Compile monthly subcontractor certified payroll reports as needed

What You Bring

• Hold a B.S. in Accounting (preferred) • Have at least 3 years of accounting experience (preferred) • Demonstrate detail orientation • Multi‑task and achieve results in a dynamic environment • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills • Work independently or collaboratively within a team • Possess construction or property management experience (preferred)
