About the Role

The Sales Executive role in Nashville will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top property owners and brokers to craft comprehensive online strategies. The position involves prospecting, industry research, delivering product demonstrations, and advising clients on ad frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using proprietary analytics. New hires receive extensive classroom and field training, as well as mentorship from internal product and marketing experts, and the role requires regular in‑person client meetings and occasional travel. • Build long‑lasting client relationships using consultative sales to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted marketing advisor. • Prospect and acquire new business by leveraging CoStar’s extensive property data and conducting effective product demonstrations. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues across sales, product marketing, and management to achieve revenue targets. • Develop deep expertise in digital advertising, commercial real‑estate trends, and market‑specific opportunities. • Deliver exceptional customer support through regular communication, market insights, and tailored solutions. • Conduct regular in‑person client meetings, traveling as needed within and beyond the local market area. • Successfully engage senior and C‑suite stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships. • Analyze data and create reports to provide strategic recommendations based on market performance. • Participate in 401(k) plan with employer match and employee stock purchase program.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university. • Possess 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or related fields. • Demonstrate a proven record of exceeding sales quotas and a commitment to prior employers. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. • Have reliable access to an operational vehicle and the flexibility to adapt in a high‑growth environment. • Self‑starter capable of working independently and within a team.
