Project Manager - HR Technology

About the Role

The HR Technology Project Manager will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of HR‑related technology projects on a global scale. Partnering with internal teams and vendors, the role ensures effective communication, resource alignment, and successful operational transitions. In this role you will manage cross‑functional project teams, define business requirements, and guide the full project lifecycle from design through testing and training. You will monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and financial performance while promoting continuous improvement within an agile environment. • Plan, execute, and monitor global HR technology projects ensuring supportability and smooth production transition. • Lead cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design processes, prototype, test, train, and establish support procedures. • Track project timelines, budgets, risks and issues, delivering status reports and metrics to stakeholders. • Facilitate meetings, manage change controls, and maintain project financials against approved targets. • Identify and advocate improvement opportunities, driving change in an agile, globally distributed environment. • Coordinate training and knowledge‑sharing events for team members.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with cloud HR systems, strong project‑management and Agile expertise, and a proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, multinational settings. A bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and three years of project‑manager responsibility are required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. • Experience with cloud HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, or SuccessFactors. • Proven ability to manage projects in a diverse, fast‑paced, global setting using PM tools and Agile methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills with a track record of meeting deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a project manager. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; capable of training and mentoring other PMs.
