What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Engineering and previous experience with an engineering consulting firm. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a minimum of 20 years of experience, a professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) recognized in the job location, extensive project execution experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard design software, and the ability to serve as a technical expert in engineering analysis and design with proven leadership. An attitude and commitment to actively participating in HDR’s employee‑owned culture are also essential. • Hold a master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) and prior consulting experience. • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 20 years of experience. • Maintain a professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the job location. • Exhibit extensive project execution experience and strong Microsoft Office and design software skills. • Be recognized as a technical expert in engineering analysis and design with proven leadership.
