About the Role
The role focuses on generating sales revenue by covering the industry segment in Vapi, Daman and Silvassa. The candidate will promote and sell low‑ and medium‑voltage switchgear and automation products, working with end customers, panel builders and contractors during the pre‑tender stage to influence specifications and preferences. Key activities include extensive promotion of LV switchgear with digital products and IEC 61439 panel solutions, order generation to meet CP targets, daily activity planning, opportunity creation, order win/loss analysis, SAP entry, CACO analysis and usage of the knowledge portal. The role also involves conducting sales promotion events such as IPTs, product demos, presentations and seminars. • Drive sales of low‑ and medium‑voltage switchgear and automation solutions in Vapi, Daman and Silvassa. • Engage end‑users, panel builders and contractors during the pre‑tender stage to influence specifications. • Promote digital LV switchgear and IEC 61439 panel solutions through demos, IPTs and seminars. • Generate orders, achieve CP targets and manage daily planning, opportunity creation and SAP entry. • Perform win/loss analysis, CACO assessment and leverage the knowledge portal for continuous improvement. • Apply strong technical knowledge of LV/MV product range and their applications at customer sites. • Utilize techno‑commercial insight on competitor offerings and maintain comprehensive customer coverage.

What You Bring
Required competencies are a solid understanding of the LV and MV product range and its applications, techno‑commercial knowledge of competitor offerings, and comprehensive customer knowledge within the territory. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, perseverance, excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English, strong time‑management, and customer relationship management. A B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 5‑7 years of sales experience are mandatory. • Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5‑7 years of relevant sales experience; possess excellent communication in Hindi and English.
