About the Role

The position involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to integrate storage solutions into existing infrastructure, while often initiating and directing work toward broad goals. Assignments are self‑driven, with results validated through consultation rather than formal review. • Design, develop, and implement energy storage systems for renewable projects. • Create and maintain technical documentation such as designs, calculations, reports, and standards. • Provide ongoing technical support for operations, maintenance, testing/diagnostics, and regulatory activities. • Lead small‑to‑medium non‑critical projects and coordinate critical project phases, including research, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. • Assist with bid preparation, technical evaluations, and recommendation formulation. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, and other internal groups while communicating with external customers. • Assign tasks and supervise interns, drafters, technicians, and other personnel as needed. • Mentor less‑experienced engineers and support their professional development. • Continuously develop personal technical skills and competencies. • Perform budgeting, estimating, forecasting, and work order management for engineering projects.
