About the Role

The Community Concierge role leads the front‑desk team and shapes the apartment‑living experience. As the face of the property, the Concierge welcomes prospects and residents, monitors foot traffic, and partners with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move‑in, move‑out, and day‑to‑day interactions. The position works primarily night shifts, Sunday 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and Monday‑Thursday 11 p.m.–7 a.m., and offers flexible scheduling options across other locations. Key responsibilities include delivering top‑tier customer service, implementing resident‑satisfaction programs, handling inquiries, and providing personalized recommendations. The Concierge also manages phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests, escalating issues as needed to maintain efficiency and high standards. • Tackle new problems and follow through to completion • Maintain poise and patience, delivering high‑level service under pressure • Keep phone messages, packages, and maintenance requests organized and efficiently escalated

What You Bring
