Senior Project Manager

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager role in Dublin leads the delivery of complex infrastructure and aviation projects. The position provides leadership across the entire project lifecycle, coordinating design teams, contractors and stakeholders while supporting team development. The role reports to senior management and ensures projects meet client expectations and contractual obligations. • Lead coordination of projects, managing interfaces, design reviews, and contractor communications throughout the lifecycle. • Maintain RACI tracker, risk register, and monthly progress reports; oversee change control and performance management. • Manage design consultants and external service providers, ensuring design acceptance and timely communication of changes. • Conduct NEC contract duties: review programme submissions, handle compensation events, assess payments, and maintain client liaison.

What You Bring

• Hold a BSc or MSc in Project Management or related engineering discipline; professional chartered status (RICS, APM, CIOB) preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts and extensive experience in infrastructure sectors.
