About the Role
Plan, lay-out and perform all types of pipe fitting and fabrication work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. Must have the ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy, compliance, and correct deficiencies. • Identify improvement opportunities and learn from others. • Maintain positive working relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively at all times. • Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment and information. • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; use trade tools and equipment effectively. • Perform tasks that require reaching above shoulder height, stooping, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders or scaffolds, and moving in confined, cluttered or uneven areas. • Use hands frequently to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects; lift/push/pull up to 50 lb occasionally. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Follow all safety standards and procedures; position is safety‑sensitive. • Participate in employee stock ownership plan and 401(k) retirement program.

What You Bring
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Possess 3–6+ years of industrial/commercial construction experience with in‑depth pipefitter knowledge (levels I‑Sr.). • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.).
